N.Rich is looking for an independent, high-performing Remote Account Executive (AE) with experience of selling technology or other Business-to-Business services in English over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing an Account Based Sales for named accounts. Each quarter you will get 7000 leads (each including more than 30 data points) to agree on enough introduction meetings and to manage the sales process from introduction meeting till closed-won.
An ideal AE has a history of remote sales by using LinkedIn prospecting automation and cold emailing tools. N.Rich sales process includes precise definitions and playbooks for all sales process stages, including all templates from presentations to extensive nurturing emailing drips. Our sales methodology is based on the Sandler System, and we follow weekly OKR/PPP/KPI reporting. You will report to N.Rich co-founder Ville Maila, who will also introduce and train you for the job. N.Rich is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and after COVID-19 is over, you will be visiting Helsinki a couple of times per year.
N.Rich Product and the ABM platform market
You will be selling N.Rich Account Based Marketing (ABM) platform mainly to the UK and US prospects from companies that have historically invested in ABM platforms or are from the most potential technology verticals that have the highest probability of adopting ABM. The majority of the prospects are well-funded scaleup companies who can make quick marketing technology purchase decisions, and whose sales and marketing functions are more aligned compared to large enterprises. The average sales cycle is 3-months. N.Rich has 100+ clients across the world, including enterprises like GE Healthcare and scaleups like Voxbone. N.Rich has a strong competitive value proposition globally based on the unique cross-channel ABM Advertising features that deliver 10x ABM ad impression volume and 25x ABM click volume compared to other ABM platforms.
Salary and career options
Depending on your level experience, your basic salary will vary from $1.300 (only SDR experience) to $2.600 (strong AE experience). In addition to that, you will get a bonus of 10% of each new trial agreement. N.Rich basic trial license costs $33.000 for 3-months, and from that, you will earn a $3.300 bonus. The objective is that it should be able to close at least two deals per quarter. All our current salespeople are also engaged with our employee stock option program which will make them millionaires if our growth continues.
